Zen Pinnacle 51 ~ private skyhome 3BR panoramic sunrise and sunset views, in Darwin City

Good location, central to most attractions, views were amazing, however the property is very outdated and requires some serious maintenance. Only having one key to access the apartment is problematic for a group booking. The listing has misleading information ie. No BBQ's

Good location. Family appreciated the accommodation, views, pool and gym.Lighting could be better. Open plan means the sound from the TV covers the whole living space - upstairs and downstairs. Watering system on balcony needs attention - plant pots overflowed.

Views great, disappointing standards. Positive: The apartment was very spacious and the location excellent being just walking distance from the CBD. Instructions for access were excellent and easy. Negative: The bathrooms needed a bit of additional attention. There was hair in the drain of the bath and needed removal which was unpleasant. The drawer handles in the kitchen were loose and needed tightening, some of the fixtures (like the towel rails) were loose and needed to be screwed back onto the wall so that it didn’t completely break. While the pool was advertised and that was partly why we chose the apartment, it was unavailable throughout our stay. We were NOT informed about this and a big disappointment given it was one of the reasons we chose to stay at the apartment.

The apartment and view was amazing Positive: The apartment was lovely and the views were great Negative: No pool (although we were supplied with vouchers to the Wavepool). When getting out of lift on the apartment level, people were seated, smoking, drinking and playing very loud music, not ideal when travelling with young children.
