don't bother....better options exist...apartment is fair...management is poor... Positive: not much...so-so if you twist my arm.... Negative: we stayed 20 days and paid $1,800...no cleaning....pool closed, read the small print....I told management we would leave at 11am on checkout day...management writes back checkout is at 10am and that they want $12 for the extra hour...checkout day was a Sunday no less...we checked out at 10am, will never return and zero class...

Very good! Positive: In the heart of the city. Negative: Separate bathroom was flooded during shower and bathroom sink was blocked all the time.

Great location close to everywhere within the city area. Woolworths and great cafes and restaurants just minutes away.

Ideal location walking distance to all city attractions.

Awful overpriced experience. Never stay again at a property with no management on site. Positive: Location was ok for food outlets. Only positive I can give Negative: Condition of the overall facility is poor. Facilities not well maintained by Body Corporate. Pool area smells. Could not use Gym due to broken equipment. View was poor, beds small, room is dark and seemed dirty walls.
