Zen Central CBD ~ 3BR apt in Darwin City

Disappointed and would not recommend. Positive: The convenience of having a washing machine. Negative: The apartment was not sufficiently clean when we arrived. The oven, coffee machine, crockery, utensils, and balcony were dirty, and the indoor furniture was stained, worn, or damaged. The air conditioner in the main bedroom was broken, and the main bedroom had a single doona on a double bed. There was also loud yelling outside every night because of the city location.

don't bother....better options exist...apartment is fair...management is poor... Positive: not much...so-so if you twist my arm.... Negative: we stayed 20 days and paid $1,800...no cleaning....pool closed, read the small print....I told management we would leave at 11am on checkout day...management writes back checkout is at 10am and that they want $12 for the extra hour...checkout day was a Sunday no less...we checked out at 10am, will never return and zero class...

Very good! Positive: In the heart of the city. Negative: Separate bathroom was flooded during shower and bathroom sink was blocked all the time.

Great location close to everywhere within the city area. Woolworths and great cafes and restaurants just minutes away.
