Darwin is a great place with fantastic sunsets and local markets. This location was the ideal. Positive: Great location with undercover carpark pool and views. Located very close to waterfront and main shopping street in the CBD. Grocery store close by too. Negative: Nothing

Clean, spacious and convenient apartment in a great location Positive: Very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed and was in a convenient location. Appreciated the coffee machine, large kitchen and balcony with nice views. Spacious for 3 adults Negative: Nothing! Liked everthing

Comfortable, secure, clean, everything we needed - and brilliant views. Positive: Location was superb and handy to everything. We absolutely loved the harbour and neighbourhood views, with brilliant sunrises, and a great deck to enjoy it from. Secure parking was much appreciated and the apartment was quiet and secure. It was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, and the linen and pillows were good quality. Great showers. Excellent array of kitchen equipment. Everything we could have wanted. Negative: A bit of maintenance missing - but it's possible these things haven't been pointed out to the owners previously. Ceiling fan controls need to be replaced in the twin bedroom as they do not work to the three speeds specified. TV in the master bedroom needs replacing - the screen has lines through it. It would have been helpful to have instruction books for use of hob and oven, and I couldn't find any controls for the extractor fan which I don't think was working.

I have stayed in better apartments in Darwin for less$$ Positive: Close to everything. Clean. Good view. Negative: No change of linen in two weeks stay even after i msg management . Pool unheated. Too cold for a swim. No Zen Sun City sign out front.

Positive: Excellent place to stay.. everything you need and the pool was awesome 👌 Negative: Nothing not to like..
