Loved this placed Positive: Loved everything about this apartment in Darwin. Spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Negative: Ask for a 2nd set of keys if staying with 2 couples.

Excellent communication with the lovely team at Zen and very enjoyable stay. Positive: View, good location but a little noisy with Highway 1 right outside the entrance. Comfortable bed and good facilities eg BBQ etc. Used both the pool and the gym, both were adequate, if a little cold. Negative: Noise

It was good Positive: Not good. The code opens the box and supplies you with a swipe card but no information on where the mechanism to use it with is.

Brilliant comms, clean, accomodating & welcoming Positive: We loved how easy the collection of the keys were and how onto the messages the team were. Our card stopped working but we messages the team and it was sorted within the hour of the message! Negative: Nothing, everything was smooth!
