Zen Seabreeze: Workdesk ~ Balcony Dining ~ Seaview

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again Positive: The unit was beautiful, well appointed, clean, spacious. Negative: The pool had very little sun and was freezing. And fire alarm evacuation went off 1.30am and there was no one to advise us as to when it was safe to re enter… we were out the front with a resident who tried for ages to contact someone for help

Location and an amazing apartment Positive: Spacious, well set up, well equipped. Arrival information was excellent, same for exit. So well located. Fabulous views. Great walking distance to the harbour food and wine, easy walk to the Smith St mall, great road connections. The accommodation was amazing. Good size beds, bathrooms, well equipped re kitchen and dining. Brat to have an iron and ironing board, clothes washer etc. Lovely to sit on the verandah in the evening and for morning coffee and toast. Negative: Can’t think of anything , it was all good

Positive: It was clean and had great views. Very easy to access Negative: The car park was very awkward, we hired large car and struggled to get in

Zen Apartment with Darwin Views Positive: The property is located in a perfect position for exploring Darwin. The Apartment was spacious, comfortable, well set up with everything you need and has amazing views all around. The property felt very secure and safe and quiet with little to no noise disturbance from elsewhere. Close by, there are plenty of places to eat, drink & shop. Overall, apartment was clean & tidy, but we did notice a few issues that had been missed during cleaning previously to our arrival. Negative: Only 1 set of keys were given for the Apartment, which was annoying when those staying went out separately. There were no instructions left inside the Apartment for various needs (ie. waste disposal, operating TV, which floor the pool/gym is located on). With regards to cleanliness - the ceiling fans need the blades cleaned properly as they are dirty, no spare garbage bags were available and the bathroom sinks had mould and hair build up - so that definitely hadn’t been cleaned properly, before we arrived. For a prestige property, I would also think a 12noon depart would be standard and not 10am like the average hotels.
